Our cleaner will check over the entire house for any damage or excessive messes or garbage and will report them immediately along with a photo to the 4 Seasons Service office. In tern we will forward a full report along with the invoice.

Property Management

4 Seasons offers professional property management services to both snowbirds and vacation home owners.

You can rest assured that your investment will be in good hands with 4 Seasons. As all client needs are unique we customize our packages to our clients needs.

Some basic services would include...

• Landscape Maintenance.
• Visit within 12 hrs of any major storm.
• Removal of any unwanted newspapers or flyers from outside the property.
• Greeting and a one stop local contact for your guests.
• Tender for maintenance contractors, supervision of work and approval of invoices for payment.
• Response to emergency calls from any source.
• Weekly walk about and inspection of the interior and exterior of the property.
• Toilets flushed and taps run to avoid mineral build up.
• Monthly reporting
